Catering service
The catering service is an in-house service.
The menu, drawn up by the nutritionist and subsequently endorsed by the ASL, takes into account both the nutritional needs and the general preferences and tastes most common among residents and varies according to the seasons; special diets are prescribed for residents with particular illnesses or needs in relation to the PAI.
In the course of the day, residents are not only served the main meals, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also several snacks.
Residents who have difficulty feeding themselves at mealtimes are helped by the qualified staff on duty who also provide adequate water intake for the residents.
Within the residence, all food industry self-monitoring regulations are complied with.
