Experience at the service of our residents' needs
Our facilities in Presicce, Ruggiano and Taviano have a total of more than 60 beds. We have been dedicated for over ten years to promoting an optimal quality of life and protecting the psychophysical well-being of our residents. We want our residents to feel at home and we offer specialised and personalised care, leisure and recreational activities.
By following appropriate improvement policies, we aim to systematically improve the good quality of services offered to residents.

Our Mission
The Mission of Serenity Residences places the elderly with their needs and subjectivity at the centre.
The main target is to ensure the best state of psychophysical health and well-being from a global perspective, aiming at the constant improvement of the residents' quality of life.
This dual nature, socio-medical and residential, configures our facilities as true living communities of individuals who live together and relate in the same environment.
All this entails a balance, sometimes uncertain and precarious, in which individual and collective needs, rules of life and areas of autonomy, care procedures, codified care and paths of expression and freedom must be combined.
While it is clear that those currently placed in social and health care facilities are becoming increasingly frail as a result of the loss of autonomy and clinical conditions, and that this leads to a necessary 'sanitisation' of the service, it is equally true that residents do not simply manifest an acute pathology requiring temporary hospitalisation, but live there permanently and presumably until the end of their lives.
Our Commitment
Quality Standards
Quality is an essential and indispensable feature of health care, a right of every patient and every community, a priority objective.
Serenity has defined quality standards that it ensures compliance with: through guidelines, procedures and protocols, the organisation and the main methods of taking care of residents are managed.
Use of procedures and protocols
Personnel use documented procedures that indicate how a given process is carried out and protocols that enable workers to have common rules for achieving objectives. Procedures and protocols are constantly updated and revised.
Staff training
The professional enrichment of employees is of primary importance for the quality of service provision to residents. The staff participates in refresher courses and training courses on topics of interest are promoted within the residences. In addition, the staff is trained in food hygiene and safety in accordance with current legislation.
Protection of personal data
Compliance with current data protection legislation is guaranteed. We have the necessary tools, both computerised and manual, to protect data confidentiality. When submitting the application for admission and upon entering the facility, the guest is asked to consent to the processing of his/her personal and health data limited to the functional needs of the Rest Home/ RSA.
Complaint handling and verification tools
The resident (and/or his/her family members) can make complaints, report disservices and make suggestions in relation to the services provided. This enables the residence to bring its services closer to residents' expectations and to provide a better service. There are questionnaires for family members and employees, and the residents themselves are asked to express their level of satisfaction with the services provided.
